Internal Communication: 3D Animation
In the middle of last year, we received a large commission. It was an institutional video for a global company that came through a request from MOCHA.
Phil, already a highly esteemed colleague, contacted our friends at The Mushroom Company, and once again, another collaboration between Mauco and FIEL® emerged.
After defining the artistic direction of the project, we moved on to defining the storyboard, an essential guideline for the continuation of this complex project.
During the initial phases, the company's engineers shared their knowledge and collaborated closely with us to clarify technical aspects of utmost importance.
The main challenge of this project was to graphically represent highly abstract concepts. More specifically, we are talking about the application of MBSE (Model-Based Systems Engineering) to your industrial process.
In other words, we had to graphically express how to design complex systems using connected models that show how the parts relate to each other, exchange information, and function as a whole.

We are also talking about the "Before/Now" type of video. There was an "Old World" and a "New World." The way of seeing the before should not necessarily be repulsive chaos; it would be, in any case, a kind of limbo that works, but not as efficiently.

After the transition to change, we find ourselves in the first world: System Engineering.
Diagrams, digital communication, software, data loading...

Next: Electronic Engineering.
Circuits, chips, a world steeped in cybernetic atmosphere that represents the internal functionality of different devices.

Next: Electronic Engineering.
Later: Mechanical Engineering.
The physical plane of the process: materials, components, assembly, construction.

Finally: Modeling & Simulation Engineering.
This is also a digital environment, but one geared toward processes and predictions. We are talking about information flow, but integrated with calculations and planning.
